Nurse Practitioners

Sister Monika Inglot - ANP

An ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioner) is an experienced and highly educated Registered Nurse who manages the complete clinical care for their patient, not solely any specific condition. They are trained to consult on the phone or face-to-face, and can deal with a wide range of conditions, including diagnosis, referral for investigations, and prescribing. Sister Inglot manages patients over the age of 16.

Sister Margaret McArdle, Sister Amanda Davidson - Practice Nurses

Our Practice Nurses are qualified and registered nurses. They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes, minor ailment clinics and carry out cervical smears.

Treatment Room Nurses

The Treatment Room Nurses carry out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood), blood pressure measurement and wound and dressing management. They also administer injectable medications, such as long-acting contraception or Vitamin B12. They may act as a chaperone when a patient or doctor requests one.
